Procuri said the software incorporates input from its customers, and it is designed to automate, streamline and institutionalize processes and best practices across the strategic sourcing spectrum for enterprises in any industry.
Procuri's software is aligned with a company's strategic sourcing process to improve buyer effectiveness and develop new core competencies. The company said there is no hardware to install or maintain, since TotalSource is an on demand Internet-based software.
TotalSource includes three integrated solutions to facilitate the transition from traditional procurement methods to collaborative strategic sourcing: Procuri TotalStrategy, Procuri TotalDecision and Procuri TotalPerformance. The solutions, according to the provider, address strategic sourcing processes for enterprises of all sizes.
For instance, TotalStrategy offers project definition, market intelligence, and supplier discovery and assessment; TotalDecision automates and streamlines core sourcing processes; and TotalPerformance performs maximizes contract management and negotiation, approval management, contract execution and reporting, and performance measurement and management.
