Selects FloSuite to streamline legal, finance and administrative procedures

London — November 9, 2004 — The London law firm Mishcon de Reya said this week it has signed a deal with UK-based business process management (BPM) provider FloSuite Ltd to improve key business processes.

Mishcon de Reya will implement the FloSuite BPM solution as an enterprise platform to streamline core legal, finance and administrative procedures.

FloSuite said the application is designed to extend and integrate the capabilities of such applications as Elite practice management, InterAction for customer relationship management (CRM) and Interwoven Worksite for document management; deliver expedient implementations; and provide a single enterprise view of business-critical data.

The initial rollout will target administrative procedures that currently involve updating information held in multiple computerized systems, such as new client/matter inception and new employee/leaver processing.

As part of the FloSuite deal, Mishcon de Reya will receive process management consultancy, training and support services.
