Boston — October 28, 2003 — Salesnet, a provider of online customer relationship management (CRM) software has added new real-time business intelligence capabilities to its solution that provide access to reports, analysis, activities, appointments and other CRM-related business information.

Salesnet said its solution now includes dashboards, data trending and analytics capabilities, and an upgraded business reporting center that provides customers with access to a broader view of their sales initiatives.

In addition to custom reporting, Salesnet said it is now pre-configured with more than 100 specialized reports that provide in-depth sales activity data analysis.

Salesnet explained that with the upgraded software, users have direct access to information through dashboards with charts that include "top-ten" and "most recent" customer data. With configurable sharing and access controls, users can share dashboards, charts, tables, lists and reports with other individuals and teams.
