Montreal — December 12, 2003 — Supply chain management software provider TECSYS Inc. said it has signed an agreement with Nadiscorp Logistics Group (NLG) to implement EliteSeries Enterprise Transportation Management System (TMS) in three distribution centers.

Nadiscorp, incorporated in 1983, is a logistics company that provides supply chain management services and solutions throughout Canada. NLG has two business divisions: Nadiscorp Integrated Supply Chain and Nadiscorp High-Value Services. NLG determined it wanted to increase the value it provides customers through strategic decisions impacting the two business divisions.

Therefore, NLG investigated the software market and selected TECSYS' Enterprise TMS solution. The effect: NLG said it has developed integrated supply chain solutions through multiple levels of service, streamlined operations through business process re-engineering and continues to provide superior customer service. The result: an immediate savings of 12 to 15 percent on transportation costs.

Marc Nadeau, vice president of Sales and Marketing at Nadiscorp Logistics Group, commented that TECSYS' TMS provides Nadiscorp instant cost savings, access to information and the ability to easily integrate into its existing supply chain system.

"Intelligent routing enables us to provide high-value services for high-value products," he said. "We are faced with a number of specialized requirements, such as delivery time windows, selected delivery dates and customer-based shipping rules. TECSYS' Enterprise TMS will allow us to plan shipments and consolidate as well as automate the preparation of shipping documents, through dynamic rules-based shipping and intelligent routing. This will allow us to optimize our infrastructure and seamlessly connect to our customers, suppliers and employees."

EliteSeries Enterprise TMS is being implemented at NLG's distribution centers located in Brampton (120,000 sq. ft.), Ontario; Markham, Ontario; and Calgary, Alberta. TECSYS said the EliteSeries Enterprise TMS would allow Nadiscorp to manage all the rates and provide IT support from one location. NLG and its customers will be able to track orders and shipment status via the Web from anywhere, at any time.

Nadiscorp Logistics Corp. is scheduled to go live in the three distribution centers with EliteSeries Enterprise TMS in December 2003.
