The founders of iasset.com discovered the value of channel management while creating a new approach to channel services and distribution and realized the solution’s potential for other businesses. Their knowledge of the channel and their combined 50 years of experience working at all points of the supply chain—IT manufacturers, distributors, integrators and IT end users—led them to launch iasset.com as a separate company in 2009.

Today, iasset.com has operations in the U.S., Australia and Singapore and helps organizations securely collaborate and manage information flow with their transaction partners; and make that information available through a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. iasset.com has helped vendors, distributors and resellers increase renewal rates by as much as 90 percent and develop a reliable and profitable revenue stream. In 2011, iasset.com merged with learning solutions provider A.S.K. Learning.
